Summer Jam: Cooking for the Culture (9th/10th Grade - Class 1)

Create meals that incorporate ingredients from traditional southern Black American soul food – black-eyed peas and rice, collard greens, cornbread, gumbo, and smothered chicken. Class size: 10 students. 2 Hours Daily Ending June 18th.
