PSV: Check-In On Yourself (7th - 12th Grade)
This 3-day course discusses what it means to have a healthy body, mind, and lifestyle. Students will learn practical tools & life skills to manage stress and emotions which can yield greater confidence, motivation to succeed in school & encourage healthier choices. Two-part registration. (Dec 27-30)

About The Event
(Best for Ages 13 - 17)
This 3-day series is dedicated to providing PSV students with a healthy body, a healthy mind and a healthy lifestyle. Students will learn practical tools and life skills to manage stress and emotions which can yield greater confidence, motivation to succeed in school and encourage healthier choices when faced with life’s challenges. Students will learn about meditation, breath work, mindfulness and more.
Space is limited. Must be available for ALL 3 Sessions.
SKY programs teach SKY breath meditation, an evidenced based breath based meditation technique. Sessions are instructed by National Speakers Jameelah Carver. With more than 20 years experience in childcare, youth development and empowerment, Jameelah is a proud parent of PSV.
